Changemakers Academy is a personal development-oriented company that helps to improve your growth via training and workshops. Their workshop in the Youth Area will give you practical tips on how to optimize your everyday technology use and intake.
Workshop by: Erkki Kubber
Erkki is a true self-development enthusiast. Reads 25+ books and 5000+ pages annually (2020 61 books and 11715 pages respectively), runs marathons in different parts of the world, and invests regularly. His work has been recognized by the Association of Non-profit Organizations, HTM, MKM, Integration SA, and ENL. Erkki is particularly interested in people's behavior and thought patterns and how to bring out the best in others by developing their thinking.

12:30 - 14:30 - NPO Ettevõtlusküla "Business battle"
NPO Ettevõtlusküla is a role-playing game that teaches entrepreneurship, economy, and financial wisdom. Their “Bussiness battle” will help to understand the challenges of a startup entrepreneur. During the training, you will experience how to quickly get feedback from the market on innovative ideas and adapt your ideas to the market in the shortest possible time. The most important thing, as with any successful project, is teamwork, and during training, it quickly becomes clear which mistakes should be avoided in real teams.

Silver Sten Kruus is a software developer, viking, innovator, designer, game instructor, analytical philosopher, and the marketing manager of Entrepreneurship Village. Silver Sten loves to look at the world from a systems level and unravel the mysterious choice-making mechanisms of the human mind. He likes to read and share stories of how different companies have won people's hearts with their strategies.
Evelin Rätsep is a visionary, self-development companion, team coach, game designer, and the CEO of Entrepreneurship Village. Over the course of more than 10 years, Evelin has helped to create several simulation games for a playful experience of entrepreneurship and increasingly realized that entrepreneurship is a consequence of a certain type of thinking. Today, she is convinced that entrepreneurship is a satisfying way of living when it is an expression of being yourself.
Liis Tenno is a dreamer, educator, systems fairy, adventurer, folk dance teacher, and project manager of Entrepreneurship Village. Liisi's biggest dream is that young people trust themselves and dare to overcome themselves even where fears can slow down their flight. Liis believes that the best thing to do is to dream because dreams have a habit of coming true even when they seem impossible.

11:30 - 12:30 - Estonian Association of Social Pedagogues "Supporting mental health''
Estonian Association of Social Pedagoguesis a non-profit organization that unites people engaged in social pedagogical work, promoting and coordinating the activities necessary. In the Youth Area, they will give ideas on how to support mental health and what can be done for it daily. We will talk about what techniques to use to cope with stress and anxiety and how to support yourself in difficult situations. We also talk about mental health first aid and how to give it.
Workshop by: Minni Aia-Utsal
Minni Aia-Utsal is the chairman of the Association of Estonian Social Pedagogues, social pedagogue, and trainer. She is studying for a doctorate at the University of Tartu and considers it important how to maintain the mental health of children, and young people and make learning more efficient with the help of evidence-based methodologies.

13:00 - 14:00 - Estonian Research Council's speed dating with young entrepreneurs
Estonian Research Council’s speed dating with young entrepreneurs is organizing a speed dating, during which the participants can find cooperation partners and further develop their ideas. Smart and innovative Estonian young trendsetters will be there to share their experiences and help the participants move forward better with their ideas.
