Application process:
1. Choose the size of your demo booth:
⚡️2 x 2 m area (700 €)
⚡️2 x 4 m area (1500 €)
⚡️4 x 4 m area (3200 €)
The price includes:
→ WiFi connection
→ One standup table
→ Two sTARTUp Day tickets per 2 x 2 m area
2. Choose the Energy Package for your demo booth:
⚡️SMALL: up to 8A that is suitable for a simple setup such as a laptop, one TV screen, and an LED UP included in the price
⚡️MEDIUM: up to 16A that is suitable for multiple screens and chargers, and a few LED UPs 300 € + VAT
⚡️LARGE: up to 32A that is suitable for LED screens, coffee machines, fridges, ice cream machines, and other big consumers 500 € + VAT
3. Fill in the registration form on Typeform
We have a 30% discount for startups, so make sure to mention that in the form!
4. We will sign a contract with the event's terms & conditions.
5. You’ll receive an invoice within a week after the contract has been signed.
6. After the invoice has been paid, you will receive the festival tickets.
7. Your exact position at the Demo Area will be announced in the middle of December 2024 at the latest.
NB! It’s required that all exhibitors are present on both festival days (January 30–31) from 09:00 to 17:00.
But that's not all! It's important to us that your booth succeeds, and you achieve your goals! And make it as hassle-free as possible.
