Hero of the Week: Richard Murutar, Founder & CEO of SprayPrinter: “My Goal is to Have World Peace by 2021.”
“World-changing unicorns are built to change the way we do things by connecting Humanity. We take it even further at SprayPrinter by creating big public art with an impact that stimulates people to think more positive thoughts in an environment that feels safer,” explains Richard the mission of SprayPrinter. “Art creates backgrounds for conversations that our society needs the most. My goal is to have World peace by 2021. That gives us an opportunity to use common sense and together turn around the ruining of our home planet.”
"We as the Humanity need to learn how to transform energy into heat and electricity more efficiently and without pollution, we need to learn how to turn Ocean water to drinking properly in massive amounts and need to learn how to use technology to distribute riches and resources to all people. I have a vision that all this is possible if we want to," Richard tells.
So many unique personalities with amazing stories and unique skill sets are making SprayPrinter a focused, passionate and extremely resilient team.
How did you start with your SprayPrinter? Was it rather easy or difficult? What were the main obstacles?
We founded SprayPrinter officially in 2015 but for me, it's like a story with no beginning, yet we recreate ourselves every day. So many unique personalities with amazing stories and unique skill sets are making SprayPrinter a focused, passionate and extremely resilient team. We have come together to bring this Unicorn into being. For sure our path has been filled with lessons that have helped us grow as a team but we never label our challenges easy or difficult, we are in search of solutions that work.
Why is now the time for SprayPrinter to exist?
Now is the only time for SprayPrinter. The whole evolution of humanity was needed to get us where we stand today. Humanity is ready to move forward from old tools in advertising and mass communication to a new era when power is given to stories and messages that serves humanity for good.
Would you rather be good at a lot of things or an expert at one thing?
I prefer to be a master at anything I have decided to do. It's about exploring the limits of human potential. Our future is filled with an endless number of potentials. There is nothing we can do about the past, except to accepting and giving thanks for being here.
Tell us something you are learning right now.
I wake up every day with the decision to learn something new and impactful. That way I grow every day and I'm able to learn a lot about my potential. In my opinion, every person is capable of so much more than one can ever imagine. As I can only imagine what I already know, I want to know more every day.
I am inspired by...
Dreams that are too big for accomplishing them alone.
What are the questions to ask yourself to find out what you want to do in life?
For me, it is not about liking what I do but rather loving the way I am. Ask yourself what it is that you need to know to move forward in life in your highest expression and follow the answer. You'll know. What makes you excited about the future?
Our future is filled with an endless number of potentials. There is nothing we can do about the past, except to accepting and giving thanks for being here. Here we can make a choice to either continue to consistently, low consciously destroy our planet, or we can choose to shift to a civilization that is based on goodness. I am excited to see that more and more people every day are starting to operate in the knowledge and in the choice of not to kill the planet. I really want to leave this planet to my children in better condition than I received it.Hero of the Week is a column focused on inspirational entrepreneurial people around us – their journeys, success stories and lessons learned from failures; goals, inspiration and everything in between.
